It is our mission to help others live their lives to the fullest potential through experiential methods and the teaching of mindfulness-based skills. We help people to understand what their fears are, and how to better cope with them. We collaboratively work with our participants to help evaluate which ways of coping have outgrown their usefulness and explore with them various ways of getting “unstuck.” Our approach is both experiential and skills based. We use direct experience as a catalyst to the process of finding new meaning and developing new skills.
