Adrienne Glasser, LCSW, R-DMT
Director of Clinical Services
At The Experience Wellness Group and in her private practice, Adrienne treats men and women of all ages with a specialization in eating disorders, trauma and addiction. In addition to being the Clinical Services Director, she also serves as a group facilitator as she believes in the importance of being directly involved with the clients she serves. Adrienne has experience in the treatment of co-occurring disorders through her dedicated work at FEGS, Phoenix House and The Freedom Institute. Adrienne graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology and received her Masters degree in Social Work at New York University. She is a Registered Dance Movement therapist in New York State. She completed her training as an Alternate Route Student at Pratt and The New School. She is the developer of Active Mindfulness, a method that combines internal family systems, mindfulness, psychodynamic, relational, psychodramatic and mind- body modalities.

Shannon Bradley ATR-BC, LCAT
Facilitator
Shannon Bradley, ATR-BC, LCAT is a licensed creative arts therapist who received her Masters Degree from Pratt Institute. Her use of mindfulness practices and the creative process support clients in finding greater awareness and self-acceptance, as well as more meaningful, authentic connections with others. Her belief is that each of us has the capacity to be creative and thus to create a life that is more fully in alignment with our true self. Her theoretical perspective is holistic; formed by the belief that past/present/future and mind/body/spirit are inextricably linked. Shannon has a private practice in lower Manhattan and specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addictions, eating disorders, mental, and medical illness.

Leon Silvers, LMHC
Facilitator
Leon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York who received his Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University (NYU). Leon has had extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients in outpatient mental health and substance abuse agencies as well as in his own private practice. His areas of expertise include working with clients individually and in groups suffering from anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Leon uses an eclectic, creative, and mindful approach when working with clients, incorporating psychodynamic modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodramatic and other expressive art methods. Leon believes that providing a safe, non-judgmental, open, and empathic space for his clients is essential to developing trust and facilitating growth and change.

Edie Stark, Msc, LMSW
Facilitator
Edie Stark MSc, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of New York. She received her Master’s in Science from the University of Sussex in Social Psychology; where she studied the different theories and practices behind Eating Disorder, Body Image and Women’s Health treatments. When Edie returned to the States, she decided to put the theories into practice and attended Columbia School of Social Work, gaining her Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice, with a specialty in Health, Mental Health and Disability. Edie has worked extensively with the Eating Disorder population, bringing Mindfulness, CBT and Family Work into her practice. Edie also works with Chronic Illness, Anxiety, Mood Disorders and Relationship Issues. Into her daily practice, Edie brings humor and a strong belief that therapy does not have to hurt to work.

Helen Johnson
Office Manager
Helen is the founder of Virtual Psych Management Services, a business that assists Doctors, Therapists and other helping professionals. Helen is the Office Manager for Experience Wellness Group where she assists with all billing, scheduling and communication with insurance companies regarding out-of -network claims. Helen has a gentle and attentive way of addressing all client needs.
